BACON-PEACH PINWHEELS

oz. blue cheese, crumbled

softened

slices bacon

cup finely chopped onion

cup peach preserves

Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

crescent dough

cup pecans, toasted and

°F. In a sm all m ix in g bow l
beat cheeses on m ed ium to h ig h u n til fluffy.

In large skillet cook bacon u n til crisp; drain
and crum ble. Reserve

tablespoon drippings in
skillet; cook and stir onion in drippings over
m edium heat un til tender. Rem ove from heat;
stir in preserves and vinegar. Set aside.

h a lf lengthw ise to form two rectangles about

inches in size. O n each rectangle spread

S p rin k le basil. B e g in n in g at a long side, ro ll up
each rectangle. Press seam s to seal. W ith a
serrated knife cut each roll in

side down, on ungreased baking sheet.

minutes or until golden brown.
Spoon onion m ixture on rolls. Remove from
baking sheet. Serve warm . Top w ith blue cheese
